  • Materials:

    Walnut

  • Finish:

    Food Safe Hard Wax Oil

Fast heat. Fast food. The right spatula. Solid black walnut, angled tip, food-safe finish. Handmade in Portland, Oregon.

The Angled Tip

The blade is angled at the front edge, this geometry lets you slide under a pile of vegetables or a piece of protein cleanly and move it without breaking it apart. The angle is what separates a stir-fry spatula from a flat one.

Long Handle, Hot Pan

The handle is longer than a standard spatula, built to keep your hand out of the heat when you’re working a wok or a screaming-hot cast iron. Solid walnut doesn’t conduct heat the way metal does.

Safe on All Surfaces

Solid wood won’t scratch non-stick, carbon steel, cast iron, or enamel. No metal edges. Safe on every pan you own.

Food-Safe

Finished with the same food-safe hard wax oil used on every AWG utensil. 100% plant-based, food contact safe in wet and dry states.

Wood is Natural

Note: There will be variations of color, and wood grain, even when using the same species of wood resulting in a completely unique product.

We make our goods to ensure they stick around. Good, old-fashioned craftsmanship is something the world needs more of. Quality over quantity. We promise to never sacrifice the quality or longevity of a product for the sake anything else.
